Press Release Summary: Antique Shows of Florida has announced a change of venue for
the Crystal River Show for the March 1,2 event.

Press Release Body: The second of the two annual Crystal River Antique shows is
normally scheduled to be held in the National Guard Armory in Crystal River but this
year the Armory will be in use by the military on those dates. The show's promoters,
Yvonne and Jim Tucker, owners of Antique Shows of Florida, have secured space very
close to the Armory in Crystal River Plaza, 420 Suncoast Hwy (Hwy 19) Crystal River,
FL 34429 across Hwy 19 from the airport in the old Scotties/Technology Conservation
Group building at the north end of the plaza.

The 50,000 square foot building will allow plenty of space for current and
additional dealers and show attendees and parking is free. Show hours will remain
the same as previously scheduled, 10:00AM - 5:00PM on Saturday March 1 and 11:00AM -
4:00PM on Sunday March 2. Food service for the show will be provided by the Fleet
Maintenance Services of the Army Family Support who use the proceeds to send monthly
packages and to help with the moral and financial support of families left behind.
They will be grilling fresh food.

Most of the dealers who were at the first show in January will again be in
attendance at the March show following the successful opening show. The dealers were
as complimentary as ever about the Tuckers and their ability to promote and produce
a show. Sherman Thompson, a dealer from Cape Porpoise , ME said of the Tuckers,
"They got the people here. Now it's up to us." Most of the dealers will participate
in all of the Antique Shows of Florida events this year.

The inaugural event of the 2008 season in Crystal River on January 5 and 6 had more
dealers than ever before and the National Guard Armory opened up additional space
for the show. It turned out to be needed. Before the doors opened on Saturday a long
line of anxious buyers had queued up on the sidewalk, spilling into the parking lot
awaiting entry. When the show started buying was brisk and the aisles crowded. The
event featured a wide variety of merchandise including Flow Blue, barometers, fine
jewelry, antique toys, art pottery such as Roseville and Weller, folk art, glass and
crystal repair, book and price guides, dolls and doll repairs, early lighting,
Heisey glass, ice fishing decoys and many more categories of antiques and
collectibles.
